Costs
In-country travel cost is covered by groups and
depends on the distances traveled while in
Costa Rica. Groups should consider an
approximate cost of $30 per person per day.
Teams also cover the costs of the activity they
participate in. Material costs for construction
projects may be in the area of $200 per person. Educational activities may be supported with a donation of $300 to cover materials and administration.
Mission Teams should consider financial support of the Costa Rican missionary who is the lead organizer, translator and host of the visiting group. This person is provided by the IEPC and usually spends the entire week with the group. Contributions of between $600 - $1,000 should be made to IEPC.
