Youth Ministry Program

The Youth Ministry Committee is
organized into six different zones
and have eight coordinators who
facilitate communication and work.
Each month the coordinators from the
different zones meeting along with
the general coordinator. This is the
time during which they evaluate
regional youth work and coordinate
new activities. During the last week in January, the annual assembly is held. At this time there is a youth liturgy and the regaoinal coordinators are elected. The general coordinator is named by IEPC.

There are four central activities which the youth committee uses to strengthen spirituality:

1. An artesania fair held in April and food, clothing, and used items are sold. This provides the youth with an opportunity to evangelize through theatre, music, and mime.

2. A vacation bible camp is held each June to share experiences and evaluate programmed activites.

3. Olympic-style sports activities are celebrated in October and includes bibical and other competitions.

4. A youth liturgy is celebrated at the beginning of December.
